This home is a 1750 square foot one-story home with a (heated) pool and spa,screened in. The swimming pool and patio are facing south and overlook a natural pond. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the pond and conservation area. Since the house is located on a cull-de-sac there is no thru traffic there is only one house located next door on the cull-de-sac.

 

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms 2 of them Master bedrooms (King, Queen) and there are 3 bathrooms. Each Master bedroom has its own bath room while the Guest bedrooms share a bathroom. It is perfect for 2 families it sleeps 8+2 (sleeper sofa). All bedrooms and living room have cable televisions, bedrooms are also carpeted There is also DVD-VCR, and Play Station in living room with all games,videos,and CD's for your use.

 

There are 2 guest bedrooms one has (twin beds), while the other bedroom has bunk beds (full size and twin size). The opened Kitchen/ Family/ and Dining room are completely titled.You can go directly from the Living room to pool deck thru the sliding glass door, and one of the bathrooms can be accessed from the pool deck.

 

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Of course a blender, toaster,dishes,pots and pans, silverware are all part of the included amenities. Washer and Dryer are  located in the 2 car garage.

Also there is a Crib, Stroller, highchair,BBQ grill, towels,lines are available for your use. There are also hair dryers in each of the bathrooms.

We have done many updates to kept  this home attractive. Here are some of them, Pool railing going into pool,State Of The Art Pool Heater,(water temperature 85-87 degrees and Spa between 102-104). Set timer for spa, Mattresses, LCD TV'S, all new screening around pool area. New air conditioning and heating system, with variable speed air handler for better balance temperature, electro static air filter for people that have allergies, new pots and pans just to mention a few. There is a Property Management company on call 24 hours if any problems.
